3  .paid replacement service

1) the following situations belong to the paid replacement service scope

A. The whole machine is identified according to the production bar code for over three months ''''guarantee period (or beyond the guarantee period of after-sales service agreement);

B. the accessories of the whole series of products are not complete (such as less base, power cord, specification, package, etc.);

C. Any item of B~H in 4.2.2 exists in the whole series of products during the replacement period;

D. The bar code of the whole series of products does not conform to that of the packing box.

E. There is no electrical performance quality problem in the whole series of products.

2) settlement plan for paid replacement

Paid replacement fee = replacement time fee + required materials

A. staff cost standard: 20 yuan per machine;

B. the consumed materials will be charged according to the prices in marvel''''s spare parts price list.

3.2 warranty service

4.2.1 free warranty service

From the date of production according to the production bar code identification, we will provide free warranty according to the standards of after-sales service commitment for any time period that meets the regulations due to failure of the product quality of the whole series of marvel products.

3.2.2 preferential and paid services

1) the following situations are within the scope of paid services

A. Purchase the whole series of assembled products beyond the warranty time or through informal channels;

B. any damage to the whole series of products caused by improper user disassembly, modification or maintenance of non-marvel repair stations;

C. Accidental factors, human behaviors and external forces (including operating errors, handling, bumps, improper input voltage, etc.) cause damage such as scratches, breakage, deformation and burning of LCD display screen;

D. Other damages caused by non-product factors (such as falls in the transportation process);

E. The user shall alter the warranty card, purchase the voucher or the bar code of the whole series of products, and deliberately cheat;

F. Damage of whole series of products caused by spontaneous combustion disasters (such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.) (except statutory);

G, failure caused by the use of non-standard or unpublished software or non-standard computer components (such as display CARDS, signal dispensers, etc.);

H. Other special requirements besides fixing the fault.

3.3 supplementary instructions for screen saver repair

4.3.1 A+ and A - level warranty for three years: board card warranty for three years.

3. Implementation of services

1) when the maintenance personnel of party a directly face the end user''''s need to charge

When party a maintenance personnel meet directly to the end customer need paid service, need to submit a written application (application must indicate what needs to be replaced on the components, need how many fee, etc.) to the headquarters after the instructions, can repair, if there is no headquarters instruction fees were complaints without authorization, once the audit is to corrupt practices, will be fined and undertake corresponding legal responsibility.

2) party a shall charge the agent directly

If party a directly collects fees from the agent when facing the agent, party a shall have the right to refuse to provide the corresponding service without any responsibility when the agent or the end user of the agent refuses to pay for the services which are within the scope of fee maintenance.
