Service Promise

(1) warranty period commitment provide one year warranty service free of charge within the warranty period.

(2) spare parts within the free maintenance and warranty period, spare parts shall be provided free of charge for all equipment. Sufficient spare parts are available for servicing and replacement.

(3) fault acceptance provides a 7-by-24-hours technical service hotline for fault acceptance, which shall be solved by telephone, email and on-site support.The phone response time is 2 hours.

(4) upgrades can be adjusted according to the needs of partners or increase the equipment function, lifetime free software upgrade, the equipment system software version upgrades, microcode, patches and technical support and other services, ensure the normal operation of hardware and software system, and will not affect the other party a running environment, products enjoy the coinsurance services throughout the country.In case of software version upgrade and equipment update, our company will provide necessary technical information to our partner.Our company promises that any parts replaced during the warranty period are unused and unrepaired by the original equipment manufacturer.

(5) Return visit and inspection. We will arrange regular return visit and inspection after the project acceptance, and we will provide special personnel for quick response.The inspection cycle is once every six months, and the inspection content is the comprehensive health inspection of the product.Maintain and clean the equipment and submit the operation status, technical parameters and other information to the branch.

(6) The annual product maintenance service fee after the expiration of the warranty period shall not exceed 5% of the total product price, and the after-sales service level shall not be lower than the maintenance service term during the free maintenance service period.  

(7) In order to enable the operation and management personnel of the system to skillfully use and manage the entire system and master the basic maintenance techniques to ensure the normal operation of the system, comprehensive training is the top priority.The training place and the number of personnel shall be negotiated by both parties. The training content shall include the camera product manual, common fault judgment and troubleshooting maintenance manual.After the project acceptance, the problems encountered in the work are analyzed and discussed on a quarterly basis.
